About This Service & Critical Disclaimer
Last updated: 18 May 2026UKTalentVisaAI ("the Service", "we", "us") operates the AI-powered eligibility assessment tool available at uktalentvisaai.com. The Service is administered and operated by UKTalentVisaAI, contactable at UKTalentVisaAI@gmail.com.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By ticking the consent checkboxes at Step 1 and/or by making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Not Regulated Immigration Advice (OISC)
The provision of immigration advice and immigration services in the United Kingdom is regulated under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. Only persons and organisations authorised by the OISC, or otherwise exempt by statute (such as practising solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or barristers regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB)), may lawfully provide such services.
The Service does not constitute immigration advice or an immigration service within the meaning of that Act. It is a general information and AI-generated preparatory assessment tool, designed to assist individuals in self-assessing their potential suitability for the UK Global Talent Visa route.
Nothing in the output of this Service should be interpreted as constituting legal advice, immigration advice, a formal assessment by any endorsing body, or a representation as to your eligibility for any visa product.
Before making any visa application, you should seek advice from:
- An OISC-registered immigration adviser (levels 1, 2, or 3 as appropriate); or
- A solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) with expertise in UK immigration law; or
- A barrister regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB).
You can verify OISC-registered advisers at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.
Nature of the Assessment — Preparatory Guide Only
The assessment provided by UKTalentVisaAI is a preparatory eligibility guide. Its purpose is to assist you, as a starting point, in understanding your potential suitability for the UK Global Talent Visa route and to identify areas of strength and areas requiring further development in your professional profile.
The assessment is generated by an artificial intelligence system trained on publicly available information regarding UK Global Talent Visa criteria, endorsing body guidance, and UKVI policy. It does not:
- Constitute a formal assessment by any endorsing body (including but not limited to the Royal Academy of Engineering, Tech Nation/UKRI, the British Academy, the Royal Society, Arts Council England, or any other body);
- Reflect real-time updates to endorsing body criteria or UKVI immigration rules, which are subject to change without notice;
- Take into account all personal circumstances, factors, or matters that a qualified practitioner would consider;
- Replace or substitute for a formal eligibility assessment, legal advice, or representation by a regulated professional.
No Guarantee of Visa Outcome
UKTalentVisaAI makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, whether express or implied, that:
- (a) meeting any criteria identified or scored in the assessment will result in a successful endorsement application or visa application;
- (b) the assessment accurately reflects the current requirements of UKVI or any endorsing body at the time of your application;
- (c) the assessment is complete, accurate, free from error or omission, or appropriate to your specific individual circumstances;
- (d) any action plan, statement draft, or recommendation contained in the report will result in a successful application outcome; or
- (e) the AI-generated analysis will produce the same result as a formal assessment by a qualified legal practitioner or endorsing body.
Visa decisions are made solely at the discretion of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the relevant endorsing body. UKTalentVisaAI has no influence over, control of, or relationship with those decision-making bodies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UKTalentVisaAI's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service (whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) shall not exceed the sum actually paid by you for the Service, being £25.00 (twenty-five pounds sterling).
Excluded Losses
UKTalentVisaAI shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Visa application fees or immigration-related costs paid in reliance on the assessment;
- Legal fees, professional adviser fees, or disbursements;
- Costs of relocation, travel, housing, or related expenditure;
- Loss of employment, business opportunity, earnings, or anticipated savings;
- Any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental loss or damage of any nature;
- Any loss or damage arising from a visa application being refused, delayed, withdrawn, or not made.
Statutory Rights — Not Excluded
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude UKTalentVisaAI's liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You acknowledge that the fee charged (£25.00) reflects the nature, scope, and limitations of this preparatory information service, and that the limitation of liability set out above is reasonable and proportionate in those circumstances.
User Indemnity & Acceptance of Risk
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following:
- Sole Responsibility for Application Decisions: You accept full and sole responsibility for any decision you make to submit, prepare, or instruct others to prepare a visa application, whether or not that decision was informed in whole or in part by the output of this Service.
- No Reliance as Legal Advice: You confirm that you have not relied, and will not rely, on the output of this Service as a substitute for qualified legal advice or as a guarantee of eligibility or success.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UKTalentVisaAI, its operators, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any visa application made in whole or in part in reliance on the Service; (c) any breach by you of these Terms; or (d) any claim by a third party in connection with your use of the Service or your visa application.
- Acceptance of Uncertainty: You acknowledge that UK immigration law and endorsing body criteria are complex, frequently changing, and subject to official interpretation that may differ from any AI-generated analysis. You accept that a positive assessment score does not create any entitlement or legitimate expectation of a successful visa outcome.
Payment, Access Codes & Refunds
Access to the full analysis report requires a one-time payment of £25.00 (inclusive of VAT where applicable) processed via PayPal. On successful payment, a single-use access code will be issued to your registered email address.
Access Code Terms
- Access codes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue.
- Each code entitles you to one analysis run only.
- Codes are non-transferable and must not be shared.
Refund Policy
Given the digital and immediately consumable nature of this service, no refund will be issued once an access code has been successfully delivered to your email address, regardless of whether the code has been used, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (digital content exception).
If you have not received your access code within 1 hour of payment, or if you experience a technical fault that prevents you accessing your report, please contact UKTalentVisaAI@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
We reserve the right to issue a discretionary refund in cases of demonstrable technical failure on our part.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial assessment purposes. You must not:
- Share, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit access codes or report content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in order to obtain a more favourable assessment;
- Use the Service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;
- Use the output of the Service as the basis for providing immigration advice to third parties (which may itself constitute a criminal offence under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 if unregulated).
Any breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in termination of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR)
All data is processed and temporarily stored on servers located within the United Kingdom (Vercel UK infrastructure).
ICO Registration: Registration in progress — reference to be added by June 2026.
UKTalentVisaAI processes your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What We Collect
- Identity & contact data: Your name and email address, provided by you at the point of use.
- Professional profile data: The career history, qualifications, publications, awards, and other professional information you provide in the assessment form or upload in your CV.
- Generated assessment report: The AI-produced eligibility analysis output created from your professional profile.
- Payment data: Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card details. We receive only transaction confirmation and the email address associated with your payment.
- Session data: A temporary session identifier used to deliver your report during your active session.
AI Processing
Your assessment is generated using Anthropic Claude, a large language model AI. Your professional profile data — including the information you enter in the assessment form and any CV content you provide — is submitted to Anthropic's Claude API to produce your analysis report. No human at UKTalentVisaAI reviews or reads your individual profile data as part of the standard assessment process. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this AI-based processing.
Why We Process It & Our Lawful Basis
- To provide the Service (contract performance — Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): Processing your professional data to generate your AI eligibility assessment and deliver your report.
- To send your report by email (contract performance): Using your email address to deliver your access code and completed report.
- For support and quality assurance (legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): Retaining your generated report for up to 48 hours to allow our support team to assist with any queries or issues you raise within that window.
- With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR): Where you have given explicit consent at Step 1, to process your data for the above purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 10).
Data Retention
Your professional profile data and CV content submitted during a session are processed in real time and are not retained after the analysis is complete. Session data (your name, email, and session token) is held temporarily (up to 24 hours) to enable report delivery and re-sending to your email address.
Your generated assessment report is retained for up to 48 hours after generation. This limited retention period exists solely to enable our support team to assist if you contact us about your report. The report is automatically and permanently deleted at the end of this 48-hour window. It is not used for any other purpose.
Your email address is retained only for the purpose of delivering your access code and report, and is not added to any marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with:
- Anthropic (Claude AI API): Your professional profile data is submitted to the Claude AI API (operated by Anthropic, PBC) to generate your assessment. Anthropic processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and data processing terms. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train its models.
- Vercel: Our hosting infrastructure provider. Data is hosted on Vercel servers located in the UK.
- PayPal: Payment processing. Governed by PayPal's own Privacy Policy.
International Transfers
Anthropic (Claude API) is a US-based company. Submission of your professional data to the Claude API may involve a transfer of data outside the UK. Such transfers are governed by Anthropic's Standard Contractual Clauses and data processing agreements, which provide appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR Article 46. If you have concerns about this transfer, you should not use the Service.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
As a data subject under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
- Right of access: To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: To request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): To request deletion of your personal data where there is no lawful basis for continued processing.
- Right to restriction: To request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: To receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: To object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at UKTalentVisaAI@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days of receipt of your request.
Cookies & Session Data
The Service uses session storage (browser-based, not cookies) to maintain your session state during the analysis process. This data is stored locally in your browser and is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab or when the session expires (24 hours), whichever is sooner.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally. If this changes, these Terms will be updated and you will be asked to re-consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
